Bibi Maryam's sale document, 1920
Bibi Maryam, daughter of Sharif Khan, and her son (son of the late Asad Allah Bayg) sell some orchards to Karbalayi Haydar and Husayn Jan, sons of the late Mashhadi, in exchange for sixty-four tumans. Tax and other expenses are the responsibility of the buyers and the detriment fee is one hundred dinars and some wheat.

Claim against ‘Aziz al-Muluk Amir Ibrahimi, 1943
Aflatun Nafisi, on the letterhead of Kirman's Justice Department, claims that ‘Aziz al-Muluk Amir Ibrahimi has removed and taken away the pool stones, a water pipe, wheel of the well, and forty pieces of glass on the doors from the house they co-owned. He is asking her to bring back the mentioned items.

Dividing properties, 1873
Dividing the properties in Mirhamam of Kurk, between Sulayman Khan Sarhang [the colonel] and Bibi Hayat, daughter of Mirza ‘Abd al-Latif Shaykh al-Islam. Part of these property had been sold to Sulayman Khan by Haj Mirza Ibrahim, Haj Sayyid Yusuf, and Aqa Sayyid Ja‘far, and parts of it was transferred from Sulayman Khan to Bibi Hayat as her mahr.

Ghulam Husayn Khan's endowment, 1919
Ghulam Husayn Khan Sardar Mujallal, son of Haj Sulayman Khan Bihjat al-Dawlah, has transferred his properties near Kirman and Bam to Mirza Husayn Khan Sardar Nusrat, son of Murtaza Quli Khan Vakil al-Mulk, in exchange for some crystal candy. The condition is that Mirza Husayn Khan endows these properties after Ghulam Husayn Khan’s death. Isfandiar writes about how he has been paying for the daughter of Haj ‘Abd Allah Zaman's expenses for a year, before someone named ‘Ali appears and begins enticing her. He asks the addressee that upon his request, he could bring the two of them to him.

Khanum Kuchak's deposition, 1898
Khanum Kuchak, daughter of Mashhadi ‘Ali ‘Askar, states that she has received all her mahr from her husband, ‘Ali Asghar, and settles any possible claims for some white crystal candies. She has also received seven tumans for the expenses during the waiting period. Khanum Kuchak’s mother, Fatimah, daughter of Karbalayi Isma‘il from Khaminah, and her uncle, Karbalayi Muhammad ‘Ali, have also underwritten this settlement.
